Pear and Brie Salad with Raspberry Vinaigette

Ingredients

  • 150gm Mixed Salad Greens
  • 2 ripe Pears, quartered and sliced thin
  • 200gm King Island Dairy Discovery Brie Rolle cheese, sliced
  • 1/3 cup Walnuts, toasted
  • Salt to taste.

Diretions

1. Divide the greens among plates for individual salads, or place in salad bowl.

Quarter the pears and remove the center core/stem. Slice the pears into thin pieces, arrange on top of the greens and sprinkle with a little salt.

Slice Brie and scatter evenly. Drizzle with the blackberry vinaigrette and garnish with the toasted walnuts.




This recipe uses King Island Dairy Seal Bay Triple Cream Cheese and Tasmanian Raspberry vinaigrette.
