Pear and Brie Salad with Raspberry Vinaigette
Ingredients
- 150gm Mixed Salad Greens
- 2 ripe Pears, quartered and sliced thin
- 200gm King Island Dairy Discovery Brie Rolle cheese, sliced
- 1/3 cup Walnuts, toasted
- Salt to taste.
Diretions
1. Divide the greens among plates for individual salads, or place in salad bowl.
Quarter the pears and remove the center core/stem. Slice the pears into thin pieces, arrange on top of the greens and sprinkle with a little salt.
Slice Brie and scatter evenly. Drizzle with the blackberry vinaigrette and garnish with the toasted walnuts.
